Methods of payment

Payments within the Netherlands can be completed by:

  • iDeal
  • Bank transfer
  • AfterPay (this service is only available for Dutch customers. E1,50 extra will be charged).
  • PayPal (no additional costs)

Payments from outside the Netherlands can be completed by:

  • Bank transfer
  • PayPal (no additional costs)
  • Mister Cash (for customers from Belgium)

We ship out fast!

Every order completed and paid will be send out within 24 hours except when noticed otherwise. Deliveries within the Netherlands will be delivered within 1-2 business days. Please note that international delivery takes a little longer. Packages within Europe are usually delivered between 2-4 business days, outside Europse between 4-7 business days.

 

Shipping costs

 

  • Shipping to the Netherlands: We charge no shipping costs for every order of E35,- and over. Under E35,- we charge E3,50 for shipping trackable mailbox packages and E6,50 for larger packages.
  • Shipping to Belgium and other EU countries: Shipping is E6,- for small packages that will fit in your mailbox or E10,- if it's a larger package. Free shipping is applied on all order from E70,-
  • International orders: We ship everywhere in the world for E10,- (small package) or E20,- (large package). Obviously we want to make sure your package arrives to you safe and in good condition, so we pack it carefully.

Returns

If you are not completely satisfied with your item you can return it to us within 14 days. This counts for every product, also sale items, excluding socks, earrings and make-up. The product must not be used, in the same condition as you have received it and -if relevant- in the original packaging. If you would like to return an item please get in touch with us -within the 14 days after you have received the item- and we give you the instructions on how to deal with the return.
